For my second I tracked by my cervical mucus and it was always 100 percent accurate. So whenever I had the egg white CM I would take an OPK and it would turn up positive.

Opks dont work on me either...
Personally tracking ovulation through glow has been the only way to really guess when I'm ovulating. But it's only accurate like 45% of the time.

Not at all... opks dont seem to work for me. I tried them for a month or two and gave up. Maybe it’s because of PCOS as I see a lot of similar replies.

Opk's don't work for me either. Never get a positive/peak.

Opk’s never work for me too, always show a positive month after month but I don’t ovulate on my own.

Opks never worked for me.  It was always very erratic and I hated them.
