Ladies, has Plan B ever made you extremely late for your period??

Bc I took a Plan B on 10/6 after having unprotected sex earlier that day, just to be safe. I am now 23 days late for my period!! I’ve taken plan b before and I have NEVER experienced this. Im not experiencing anything really out of the ordinary (except being late). I went ahead and took a test but it was negative. What is going on???
