Is anyone else having Period pain like feeling?

I am 8w5d. In the beginning I constantly felt like I was going to get my period but it went away at about 7w. But last night it came back so bad to the point that I had to take paracetamol to sleep. Felt like bad period pain. Not sure if I need to be worried.... anyone else the same?

I had horrible cramps before my BFP, thought there was no way i could be pregnant because it felt just like period pains! they went away around 8 weeks for me, but these last few days they came back full force (i’m 10 weeks today). i called my doctor and she said it’s totally normal because your uterus is constantly stretching at this stage, as long as there is no bleeding, there shouldn’t be reason for worry!
