Ovary pinch 6 weeks

I'm 6 weeks & 3 days 💚

The past two days I've had a dull pinch pain in my right ovary (some times left) that kind of feels warm at times. It's nothing major. I've had an ectopic pregnancy in my left ovary and this is nothing compared to that. I'm just wondering if you've experience this also? I'm assuming it's a cyst. I have an ultrasound set for Wednesday and I'm being very anxious. My anxiety is trying to convince me that it's another ectopic pregnancy starting up, but I'm not convinced that's it because it feels different. So, have you felt this type of ovary pain as well??

Edit: I'm also on progesterone suppositories. So that may be the cause as well 🤷🏻‍♀️
