Spotting?? Please help!

I am 6 weeks today. 
Last first day of period was October 4th. My period is currently 13 days late. 
I had a miscarriage back in July (5weeks along) that started with bleeding-no cramps. 
My 8 week appointment is December 2nd. I actually went today to get my Hcg levels checked just for a piece of mind for me not to worry. But just a big ago I went into the bathroom and this. 
Please tell me what’s going on here? ☹️☹️☹️ no cramps- or anything. 
I’ll be calling my doctor in the morning, I’m so nervous right now though. I just want some opinions so maybe I can calm my nerves.

I have had spotting around 4 weeks with all of my pregnancies. My last one though it was sort of a lot of bleeding and it was a Thursday night, couldn’t get into my OB till the next morning and I just cried all night knowing i was miscarrying. Go in for the blood draw and a couple other tests and turns out I had basically no progesterone. So I was starting to miscarry and we caught it in time! So I had to give myself 2 progesterone injections a week for 12 weeks! Go in if you are concerned!

I am 5w+3 and yesterday I woke up with brown discharge/blood but a it would've filled a liner, but was dry and I didnt bleed again until later that night but way less and still brown/blood stuff. And over night not a drop, and very little spotting through the day. Yesterday I was sooo scared and went to the er, got a blood test and I am pregnant, but they are having my go in on monday to get more done to know for sure I'm not miscarrying...im so scared, just trying to keep calm, and pray for the best ❤❤ I wish you a happy safe and healthy pregnancy ❤❤❤

Spotting can be normal but it depends on your pregnancy I had a bit of spotting this last weekend and I ended up asking for progesterone suppose The Tories to try to stop it which seemed to work.  What did the HCG say. Did you have sex or poop

I heard spotting like that is normal, however I would be more concerned if it gets heavier and bright red

My lmp was oct 4th as well!   Sticky baby dust to you!
Yesterday my spotting looked like yours. Now today if i didn't know better i would have said a light period. Not filling a pad but filling a liner.
Today they had me come in for an HCG draw. I don't go back for another draw until Monday and that will be at 3pm so probably wont know results until Tuesday. Unless bleeding increases between now and then. If it increases to filling a pad in an hour less they said to go into thr er....
I have noticed the more active i am the heavier the bleeding and cramps. My cramps havent been anywhere near my period cramps. 
I hate this waiting to see game.
