Totally confused ...

Okay , so my period was suppose to come on November 9th it didn’t 3 days had passed still no period than on November 12 i started bleeding very light pinkish blood from around 12-7pm ( i took pictures didn’t know if it was ok to post) later that night it started to be one bright red . November 13 was still red ! Now November 14 ( today) i was bleeding earlier now it’s like all the bleeding magically disappeared . Idk if I’m going crazy but it’s only been 3 days could this be implantation bleeding ! I didn’t have any clots ! My cycles are always 5-6 days ALWAYS ! I recently had a stillbirth in July i was due to have her on November 9 😩💔 ! HELP
