So I started Femara last month with no luck. Today is CD 40 and the pregnancy test was negative. I was a bit crampy yesterday so I am hoping I get my cycle on my own but I won’t be surprised if I don’t, with having PCOS.

I called my OBGYN office and they want to start me on BC pills for one month to kick start my cycle again.

Does anyone else have experience taking BC pills to kick start your cycle and taking Femara? I have reservations about it as BC is a form of contraceptive. But I also know that I don’t know enough about it. I just feel confused and a bit hopeless.
