Hand expressing
Should this hurt??? It’s the beginning of the end of breastfeeding, and my right side is so hard lumpy and hurts so bad.... especially when I try and squeeze milk out 😫And is hand expressing better than pumping? To help with letting body know you don’t need it produce more??? Baby didn’t nurse ONCE at all yesterday
