We applied for foodstamps because we hit some financial issues. During our phone interview they said my boyfriend needs to send proof of employment. They told him to fax his last two pay stubs to the number provided, so when he got to work he did. They kept telling us we'd know the decision in 2 days. After a couple days we'd call again and they'd tell us 2 days. Over and over and over. After 32 days we FINALLY got a decision. They denied us claiming they never got his proof of employment. We've tried getting ahold of them for two days since then, and they keep us on hold for hours until the office is closed. We financially meet the qualifications, so I don't understand what's going on and I'm get frustrated... 😟
