Spotting
I need help, I’ve never spotted 7 days before my period and I kinda freaked out in the shower last night. I’m not spotting anymore I put a pad on in case it was an early period and nothing. Has anyone gone through this before? I’m not stressed and nothing has changed in my life. And my cramps are mild.
