Anyone feeling sick 3 weeks pp?

I am 3 weeks pp and am hardly sleeping at all. I feel overall ill. Is this normal??

Make sure your eating enough and drinking enough water too! I wasn’t eating enough and got bad dizzy spells. At my 6 wk check up the doctor told me that’s most likely what the issue was, so did my mom. Sure enough that was it! I thought eating less would help because I felt sick but it was making it worse.

It’s normal, your body is not used to not having enough rest, after being pregnant for 9 months and delivering your body becomes very fragile, you can catch a cold really easily after the baby, it’s really important to handle your body with care, I know not many women have someone to help them so it gets really stressful but the least you can do is to take care of yourself. Not taking care of yourself as in “beautifying” yourself, just be mindful of the things you put in & on your body ( especially by avoiding cold things )
