Help needed ....
My baby boy is 10 months old ..he is suffering from diaper rash ...actually he is getting his teeth so he frequently pooping....I’m using destin and changing diapers for every hour mostly . Trying keep that area dry using soft cloth ..any other suggestions plz ...I feel really bad ...he not even eating properly and I’m very much worried about him
