Teething?

She’s always drooling and chewing on her hands. And tonight super fussy. Everyone keeps saying “oh she’s teething!” 
I know they get the bottom middle teeth first. I don’t see signs of them.
But the molar area looks white...
Thoughts?

Maybe! My niece’s teeth came in out of order.

Yes the bottom front are usually the first, but technically They can come in any order. My daughters molars looked like that for a long time so I kept thinking she would get them but she still hasnt🤷‍♀️she will be a year this month, and just got her bottom front a couple weeks ago.

It's possible, but drooling and chewing aren't always signs of teething. Your baby is on the young side for teething, and at 4 months, it's natural for a baby to put objects into his mouth to explore them. Also at this age he's beginning to produce more saliva than he can swallow, which causes drooling.
