Urge to push?

I’m 25 weeks and rn I feel like an urge to push pee but when I push nothing comes ? I tried to feel if anything was coming out but got to afraid - does this happen to anyone else ??

This just recently happened to my friend. She was fine but she did end up going to the hospital to get check to make sure baby isn’t coming.
