I practice abstinence 100% of the time but im still terrified about pregnancy.
Any advice/facts/reassurence?

If you are abstaining from the act in which you can get pregnant then how would you get pregnant?  Just remind yourself of that. Be rational.

I gotta agree with the other comments here, if you’re really experiencing an irrational fear of becoming pregnant when you’re in no way doing anything that leads to pregnancy, then you should consider seeking medical help.
