Weird nipples??

I’m about to pop and I want to breastfeed. But I am a 46G and my nipples literally point down to the ground my breasts aren’t perky like other women’s. Can I still breastfeed?

My nipples do the same and I’m able to breastfeed. It is more difficult though. I have to hold my daughter in football hold and I usually have a onesie or diaper I roll up to place under my breast to Lift it up. That helps with the weight of my breast not being all in the baby too. I dont feed in public because for me, it’s more difficult and I can’t cover up as easily like you can with a cradle hold. But that’s just a personal preference. Reach out to different lactation consultants too. I saw one that the hospital sent me too after I went home and then I saw a different one daughters pediatrician recommended. Taking different advice from both of them has been really helpful in my breastfeeding journey. I’m a month in and it get easier everyday, I’m having to supplement too but its okay.

Yes you can it just might be more difficult, you can also pump and feed baby expressed breast milk!
