Cycle buddies- How is everyone else feeling? I’ve been a bit crampy, but that’s about it.

***Update - Day 6 - still crampy on and off. Nothing severe and last a few seconds. But last night I woke up in a pool of sweat a couple of times 🥵 hot flashes like crazy!

***Day 8- I’ve had this headache for about 3 days now that only goes away for awhile after I eat. Way less cramping but still a little. No other symptoms. No sore breast.
