I’m 10wks2days and I’ve already gained so much weight! 😩 i did this with my other pregnancy too. What do I do to slow it down when I’m SUPER sick and all I can eat are carbs? I can’t go to the gym either because it just makes me even more nauseous. I gained so much with my first I’m so scared to do it again with my second. It took me 2 years to get back to my prepregnancy weight! Help!
