Whats good for body acne??

So i have been getting ALOT of body acne this month and i dont know why....  its all over my back and chest and its REALLY itchy and sometimes my thighs.... idk wheres it coming from?!!??

If you’re going to use African black soap look up what the real stuff looks like. The stuff at Walmart isn’t real. You can find the pure kind on amazon. But look up what it’s ingredients are and what it looks like first so you can find the proper brand.
