Grain free baby
So far, our baby has been 100 pct grain free, mostly just because that's how we eat. I'm not looking to debate this- grain free is what works for our family.
My question is- for any like minded folks, when do you plan on introducing grains, especially wheat? While I don't want grains to be a regular part of baby's diet, I do want her to be able to eat grains without an allergic reaction. I am gluten intolerant and want to help my baby avoid that, if possible.
Pediatrician doesn't seem to have any suggestions for us.
