Is it possible I’m still pregnant even after a miscarriage and d&c

I’m exceedingly big and we’ve been having sex constantly since 4 days after the d&c and ovulation the past two weeks even on my period beginning oct 31 to the 4th of nov. my tits hurt and milk comes out. Waiting for preg test, do you think it would be possible or new pregnancy bloat. I had a dream it was twins this time round, I hope it is. Any suggestions?
