Did you follow a certain theme with names?

Both of my kids names end in -son
So I have a son named Grayson and a daughter named Addison.

If it counts as a theme we went with names that had meaning so our first is a jr to his father our second son has a very biblical name Noah John however John was my grandpa’s name and it was my husbands best friends name who unfortunately passed away shortly after our son turned a year old. So his name is very special to us.

Both my boys names end in N. We do family middle names. And all of us have a y in our name somewhere which was actually unintentional lol so my husband and I are Ryan and Brittany and my boys are Bryton and Aavyn.

In my patents home country (slovakia) nearly  all girls names end in the letter a, my sisters and i all have names that end in the letter a, and i did the same with my two girls, breanna and alexa, just had my 3rd whos a boy and his name is jackson, i couldnt find any other name i liked that wasnt taken by people close to me.

My kids all have the same initials and all my girls have/will have unisex names. Now that I think of it they all have surname first names too, this was unintentional though lol. Guess I’m a sucker for a pattern/theme

No i just found a name i liked and went with it i picked 1st names husband picked middle names

Nope! Just found ones we loved! None of the same first letter, or same amount of letters, or same ending, etc. I wanted to make sure their names didn't sound the same and was actually trying to avoid the same first letter. I know people who do though. Someone I know has 5 kids all with E names. Another girl has two boys, both names start with N, end with h, and have 4 letters. I think it's just preference 🤷🏻‍♀️ Personally, I think my last example is tacky and weird but its whatever they wanna do. Not my kids, not my problem, lol.

Kind of... I just felt like they had similar vibes. Isla and Ford and both have Latin middle names that start with “e”. We considered tons of names and we both had some classic names we loved and some trendy names too, but I felt like both our choices we ended up with were a little bit of both. In the end it was just names we both really loved.
