Been through it before, it wasn't that bad and having a mirror down there to see everything was really helpful. Once I saw babys hair i was crying and sooo excited. I only pushed for like 2 hours which for me went fast

I was terrified. I had an epidural that worked amazing and my doctor and nurses were phenomenal so everything was very relaxed and went much better than I had expected

Before I gave birth I was nervous. I was induced so my contractions were horrendous, due to that and me not being dilated at all before, so I got an epidural, definitely recommend. The pushing part was a cake walk. 
The constipation after I gave birth was worse than everything 😂😭 definitely get a stool softener, I used milk of magnesia works like a charm.

Im likely to have a c section because natural birth can trigger an epileptic seizure. Im terrified of getting cut open and then feeling the incision afterwards while trying to bend and move around 😶 i really wanted a natural birth

I'm a planner so I got as much information as possible before baby was due. My hubby and I took a class and I read a lot of birth stories etc. For me, knowing the general process, the possibilities and options really helped ease my fears. I also hired a doula to help both me and my hubby during the birth which was wonderful. My goal was a natural birth and with their support and encouragement I managed to experience that. 
In my research and in my birthing class, I learned that fear is your worst enemy during labour. Fear actually makes you physically tense up, slowing down the process and making pain worse. I encourage you to read some positive birth stories and/or watch some videos to conquer your fears. It will definitely make things go more smoothly. I laboured at home for 6 hours and was in hospital for 6 only pushing for about 30 minutes before my baby boy was born.

I'm had alot of anxiety about a natural birth, all the variables of it just didn't work for my brain. I'm electing for a c-section because I think it will put me in the best position mentally to meet and care for my little man. I know I'll have a longer recovery period but knowing is what's making me relax about the whole thing

I was completely terrified. Had a couple panic attacks throughout the pregnancy about it. Somehow made it through though!
