I have a underactive thyroid, will I be able to conceive?!

So I found out 6weeks ago I had underactive thyroid, I’m on 100mg of Levothyroxine so far, I’m 5 days late for my period and have had a negative test, is anyone else in this situation/has been in this situation and conceived ? 🙂

I'm hypothyroid and take the same medication, it can make it harder to get pregnant but I'm 13 weeks and I thought I was missing a period because of my hypothyroidism. So it is definitely not impossible! However once you do get pregnant its important to have it monitored and adjusted and take your medication regularly as its important for baby.
