Infection?!

I plan on taking her to the doctor Monday but was wondering if anyone knows what this could be. It doesn’t hurt her when I touch it and it’s not warm she also acting perfectly normal..

My March baby’s middle finger looked similar early last week (my guy’s had more pus) so I called the ped to ask what to do figuring they’d tell me to pop it or soak it or put neosporin on it, but the nurse on the phone said I had to bring him in.  When we saw the doc he said he was shocked they told me to come in and that it was likely nothing to be worried about.  He suggested having him soak it in warm water a couple times each day and prescribed an antibiotic cream.  We only used the cream once and soaked it a couple times and it was completely gone in 36 hours.  No idea what caused it and it never seemed to bother my little man!

Its probably just a small skin cut. It looks like its accumulated pus.

My 3 yr olds started like that. But his eventually became a fungus. His nail kinda started rotting and falling off. Ive mentioned it several times to his pediatrician but she only tells me to soak it in water with vinegar. Now he has a cripple nail. But all on that hand he had several fingers with it but the rest cured themselves. He also wont let me apply anything on it unless hes asleep.
