How to get toddler to eat vegetables?

How can i make vegetables smoothies for iron 
My toddler loves her milk and now the dr is saying that shes low on iron an so im trying to figure out what i can do to have her iron come up i have iron drops for her but it makes her poop balls. And not eat much after i give her the drops.

If ur making smoothies then add spinach to it, u can add a lot and if baby doesn’t like it the taste is easy to mask with some bananas, strawberries and/or blueberries. Eggs are a good source of iron as well, we have eggs almost every morning and she loves them! Sometimes I add spinach or broccoli to them as well

Green smoothies! My toddler loves them. Frozen fruit, greek yogurt, milk, and a huge handful of spinach, the fruit masks the spinach taste.

Check of the kid fresh brand in the freezer section as well, there are more starting to do the same. Hidden veggies in chicken nuggets and chicken meatballs.

When i do milkshakes for my kids i add 2 bananas 3 strawberries , some spinach (lots of it 🤣) a little bit of vanilla extract and little bit of sugar

Spinach or kale in smoothies. Look on Pinterest for green smoothie muffins, makes a great snack! Also lentils are a great source of iron too.

Thank you everyone but my daughter is picky and has a texture issue.. an doesnt like eggs an doesnt like me putting other stuff in her foods like i have tried macaroni and cheese with hot dogs and she wont eat it.
I was also curious if theres an powder vegetables a d fruit that i could buy and mix in her juice or milk.
 And the only thing I have to blender is a handheld one.

Shes 2 year almost 3year  and is very picky and stubborn...plus mom n dad doesnt eat vegetables or fruits like we should either.
