Could I be pregnant?

So I was supposed to start my period the 9th of this month and I still haven’t gotten it. My app says I’m 9 days late. I took acouple tests around when I was 7 days late. Do you see anything in the second one? I could be tripping. Can you have one test negative and one test faint. But I also went to the doctor the 14th and urine test was negative. I started having mild cramps they would come and go but no bleeding. My boobs ache sometimes and feel heavy.
