How much rest should I be getting?!

I’m 16 weeks and still hunting(dr approved) and waking up very early for these hunts. My in laws are worried I’m not getting enough rest. WhT do y’all think?

If not getting enough rest could harm babies my trio would be doing horrible. I’ve hardly slept this whole pregnancy. as long as you feel fine keep at it. Now if you feel lightheaded or not capable then don’t go out. Listen to your body.

I'd daddy if you greedy tired go to the truck and take a nap. Teddy to sleep when your body tells you that you need it and otherwise dont worry about it
