Answer

When was your period the month before this? Are you on birth control? How long have you been having periods? That 4 day bleed is in the middle of your cycle on day 18 which could very well be when ovulation spotting. Or implantation bleeding if your trying to conceive. Depends on how long your cycles normally are though.
