Ovulation bleeding/implantation bleeding or start of period
Hi,
I haven't had a period since 26th September. All tests I have done are negative. I began cramping and spotting yesterday and expected my period to show properly today but it is literally spotting when I wipe. Its light pink in colour and not much there. Any ideas what could be going on?
