It’s baby so unsure how to read these but i went to the hospital today with constant period like cramps for over 24 hours. Am I having contractions?

My ob calls them uterine irritability it can be caused by dehydration, full bladder, sex, uti etc

The top is babys heart rate and bottem is contractions. It looks like very small contractions but not true labor contractions
