Last night, I had sex with my boyfriend and we used condom. But i think his penis was not hard enough to put on a condom and i am afraid that if his pre cum came inside me!! I wanted to take Plan B but i’ve already taken it 3 months ago! What should I do??

Also i asked him if he came but he said no and cumming is too risky and he says that’s why he always pulled out even though with a condom. Am I okay???
