When I’m pumping nothing comes out unless I’m massaging or squeezing the breast, what am I doing wrong?

Nothing wrong necessarily. I don't get anything to come out unless I do hands on pumping either. Some women just don't respond well to a pump.

Check your flange sizes, use warm compress and try to relax. Also maybe try a different pump (I love my spectra 2) and speak to a lactation consultant. Best thing I've done in my pumping journey.

Are you only pumping or are you nursing too? After milk starts flowing do you still have to massage? I’m not familiar with that pump so I don’t know if maybe you’re not responding to it. Is this the pump you were able to receive through insurance?
