I've been taking letrozole 5mg cycle days 3-7 for about 5 months. This is my last cycle my doc will give me the meds before sending me to someone else, weve been trying for over 2 years now

As far as we know I do ovulate on my own, but have unexplained infertility.. I usually dont test ovulation this early, but decided to for whatever reason. I usually ovulate around day 14-15, it's only cycle day 7 today. Last day of my letrozole.. does this look almost positive already? Is that normal? Not sure if this med can cause false positives while taking it, or if it's really happening this early. I will keep testing just incase bit figured I'd see what you all think..
