480 days since period

My son is 6 months old and I have yet to get my period. I stopped breastfeeding October 1st. Now we are into November I am wondering where my period is.

Hospital took a test October 1st as a protocol before surgery it was negative. Also my at home tests have all been negative.

I have been so nauseated and dizzy. I am starving and I go to eat anything and I start dry heaving. Just like I did when I was pregnant. I am just so confused. This had been going on for 3 weeks.

At what point should I call my doctor? I have it in my mind to wait till Thanksgiving. Any thoughts? Advice? Or experience with this?
