Hey y'all!

So I am almost 9 weeks pregnant and I went in for my first ultrasound and appointment last week. After looking at the baby (who is doing great) the sonographer looked at my left ovary and I asked if it still had all the cysts on it because I have PCOS and she said no, she wouldn't consider it polycystic at all. Same on the right, she could just see the corpus luteum follicle where the egg was released.

I have been on Metformin for about 9 months when I conceived and I conceived on first round of Clomid, after not having luck with Femara. I used to go months without a period, but since I started treatment a little over a year ago I have gotten a period every single month (until I got pregnant obviously).

Has this happened to anyone else? Is my PCOS gone/managed?
