I am 11 weeks and started with brown spotting at 9 weeks. Went for an ultrasound saw the viable baby moving around and well while the other sac still empty and getting smaller. A few days ago I had mucus like brown discharge and noticed light brown tissue in my urine. Freaked out again. Went in for ultrasound and baby measured well and had heart beat that was strong. It seems to be becoming too common that I’m having brown discharge and am nervous to attempt to have a bowl movement because that pushes discharge out as well. Could it be the second sac slowly coming out? Thanks
