Sciatic Pain Question
Hello,
I’m a FTM and thinking of my birth plan.
I suffer from sciatic pain and was wondering:
Are there any moms that suffered from sciatica and or a herniated disc before and during pregnancy that was able to give birth naturally (no epidural)?
I don’t mind needing to get an epidural if I need it but my sciatica is what makes me scared...
