"Fit" moms, when did you start to lose your loose belly fat/skin?
Just out of curiosity! or at least when did you notice a little difference. It seems like the rest of my body is getting toned, but my belly is so flabby, wrinkled, and saggy. I'm both dieting and exercising. Also, do you notice any difference? It's only been two weeks. I have not weighed myself.
**also wanted to add my "diet" is just calorie counting and eating healthy :) I'm not starving myself or anything. Definitely a lifestyle change. 😊
