swallowing tablets
i can’t swallow medicine/vitamins. i now take liquid iron as i can’t swallow iron supplements or anything else. i can’t even swallow a mini 1cm vitamin D3 tablet, I try all the time and it won’t go down, the water goes down but the tablet stays on my tongue.
my tongue does sit quite high in my mouth though, my tongues quite thick
