Pregnacy test sensitivity

I don’t understand. Why is it when i took a pregnancy test with a sensitivity of 25 i got a vvvfl, but 2 days later my levels were only a bit over 25. If i got a line on a test with a sensitivity if 25 two days prior shouldn’t my levels at-least of been 50? If its a not necessary please explain i cant stop thinking of this all being a cruel joke again.
