I’m 29 years old and have had two vaginal births. My youngest is 3 and I feel like the opening of my vagina is weird looking since I gave birth to him. I had stitches with both my kids but nothing major, probably 4-5 stitches at the most. I dont know how to explain it but it looks like something right inside the opening tore in a couple places and they didn’t stitch it back together. It’s kind of gross in my opinion. Also, i feel like the lower part of the opening (closest to my butt) looks like it should have been stitched tighter almost?

My husband says it’s fine and it feels fine but I’m starting to be more and more self conscious about it as time passes. Has anyone had anything like this fixed after giving birth? How would I go about it? Is this something i could talk to my gynecologist about? I’m honestly not even sure how I’d bring it up because it’s kind of embarrassing!
