Baby is too attached?

Don’t get me wrong, my whole pregnancy all I wanted was a mamas girl. I was so thrilled to bond with her and I still am. I’m a stay at home mom and still EBF-ish (she gets 1 bottle before bed). 
Recently she’s been extra attached to me. If I leave her with my mom or my husband she just cries and screams till she’s red the second I walk away. She won’t even let other family members hold her at all without crying. 
I’m not sure what to do. Is this normal? Any other babies similar?

At about 5 -7 months they start getting a burst of separation anxiety. It's normal they cling to what's familiar. Continue doing what your doing by giving her to others and letting them settle her. If she doesn't settle take her back. It should pass though. Untill the year marks and it may start up again !

My daughter is like this. I can hardly leave the house without her lol. If other people hold her, she starts to cry and look for me or her dad. Once she finds me or I come into the room, she sees me and whines for me. She does it sometimes when her dad holds her too. Or if someone is holding her and I’m close by, she’ll look at me and whine for me after she was just fine. 😂 I try to let her get used to other people but she wants me all of the time. She gets so excited to see me and smiles so big at me. She’s with me all day and we have our routine so I’m assuming she’s just used to that and being with me 24/7, she doesn’t like to be separated from me. My boyfriend’s mom tells me I need to leave the room when she comes to see her and I’m like no.🙄 she’s tried to force me to leave or take her for the day. I’m not going to make my daughter more uncomfortable than she already is. She freaks out if I’m not around. She will scream for hours, not eat, and it’s just a mess. One day she’ll come around, but right now she freaks out so I stick around so she knows I’m still there. We do take her out to places and she always visits family so it’s not like she’s cooped up all of the time with me 24/7, but it’s just something babies go through. Hopefully it’ll pass soon because I plan to work and I want her to do well with other people. My boyfriend’s family gets irritated with me and tells me I’ve spoiled her and blah blah blah. But it’s not because she’s spoiled, it’s just separation anxiety.

Mines a bit like this too, in the day she’s ok with anyone holding her as long as she can see me and I have to give her a smile for reassurance so she knows it’s ok. 
In the night though she will only have me! She woke up the other night and I sent her dad up with a bottle and she was screaming so bad she was bright red in the face and shaking and practically choking on her own saliva! 
I obviously went up to help and as soon as I picked her up she immediately stopped crying and was just trying to get her breath back. 
I think it’s just as I’m with her all the time it’s what she’s used to and I’m her ‘safe place’ it’s hard though and it’s upsetting for her dad. 
My son was worse though he went through a phase of only letting me hold him and crying if I left the room but it does pass! He’s still a mummy’s boy but also very friendly and sociable.

Mine will only let me, my husband, and my mother in law (who watches her while we’re are work) hold her. Anyone else and she cries. She cried last week when my mom kissed her 😂 I’m hopeful it will pass 🤞 but good to know my baby isn’t the only one!

Mine is like this when she’s tired and hungry during the day. But the rest of the day she’s okay with others. But once it’s night time she will scream and cry if anyone else even just looks at her. I have zero advice on what to do. I like her being attached and needing me but sometimes I also want to shower lol

I think it's normal because they're used to being with you all day. Mine will look for me if someone else is holding her and gets fussy until I take her!

My baby is kinda like this! She will let her grandma's hold her but she has to make sure I'm still in the room otherwise she starts freaking out. It gets super bad at night, she won't let her dad give her a bath, feed her or put her to sleep. Its super weird but I'm home with her all day so shes just used to our routines I guess 🤷
