Advice & tips needed

okay before pregnancy I ate clean, i was at the weight I wanted to be. I was so happy with myself. I had a baby & during pregnant I gained weight of course. I lost most of it but my stomach is sooo chunky! Bottom skin is lose. I lost my confidence & I want to get a better body. I know I need to eat clean & workout. I don’t have time to physically go back to the gym with work and my kids. It makes me upset. But I wanted to try workouts at home. I read up on how you can’t spot a certain spot but are there any workouts I can do at home for my lower tummy. Also I picked up this addiction to sweets. What are some good replacement healthy snacks? I keep failing myself & I want to make a change!
