Methyl Salicylate (bengay/salonpas) accidentally used now I’m freaking out!

Im 38+3 and I used a natural muscle rub with methyl salicylate similar to a bengay or salonpas cream and now I’m really worried I checked in with a nurse hotline and with my midwife and they said I should be okay but I was just wondering if anyone has used a product like bengay or salonpas during the third trimester and everything turned out okay? I’m just so close to meeting my baby girl and i don’t want to do anything that could hurt her 😢

Can anyone give me any advice i would really appreciate it!
