I don’t know if I’m pregnant

So I had a period On October 7 and it ended on the 11th and then the next week I had light spotting on the 19th to the 21st and now it’s November 17 and I haven’t had a period yet it said it was supposed to start on the eighth and still nothing. Is it pregnancy or hormonal in balance?
