8 week ultrasound bumped back to 7 weeks 1 day

Hello! I had my 8 week ultrasound last Thursday. My last period was September 19. Baby was measuring small. At 7 weeks 1 day. You could hear the heartbeat and my midwife was not concerned. I feel worried. I’m scared I’m going to lose it. This was the ultrasound. Thoughts? Is this normal? I know my dates are correct. I’m also pretty sure I know when we conceived. I’d be at 8 weeks exactly last Thursday.
