Bleeding during ovulation?

Hi ladies 👋

Question: How many of you have experienced bleeding mid cycle (right after ovulation to be exact) but are not on any hormonal birth control?

If you aren't expecting this, it's kind of scary! I've been on bc where I've had minor spotting here and there but never heavy flow like a period mid month. And although I've googled and found out that it is most likely from hormonal fluctuations, it is heavier than my normal period (it's been two days now). That part is concerning. Could it be ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage? Eek! The web md downward spiral has begun!

Lastly, does anyone know if this will affect my "predictions" on here? Could this be an early period instead? Anyways maybe you ladies have had this wtf moment and have more insight than I.
