My story

I just thought i could share a successful outcome for any really young moms out there. :) i got pregnant at 14. Yes a baby having a baby lol. There was a guy i met in 8th grade who i got in a relationship with and he turned out to be my bestfriend, boyfriend, and everything else all in one. We started dating and 3 months in our relationship i lost my virginity to him. Mind you before i lost my virginity i went to my mom and told her i was ready that he was somebody i trusted literally the next day she took me to the doctor and i got the depo shot. I was on the shot my entire relationship as well as using “the pull out method” i thought i was being safe but 8 months in our relationship i found out i was pregnant. My family was supportive and so was his. We stayed together i know most guys run but he’s been to every appointment and been there for me this entire time. I’m currently 35 weeks and i turned 15 about 2 months ago. We’re having a girl and naming her Alaya! He stepped up and we’ve managed to get together everything she needs crib, crib mattress with the set, bassinet, diapers, wipes, rock n play, swings, bouncer, walker, jumperoo, high chair, tummy time mats, lotions, baby soap, baby cornstarch, blankets, receiving blankets, swaddles, bibs, car seat, stroller, burp cloths, wash cloths and hooded towels, mittens socks, hats, diaper bag, Thermometers, desitin, baby tylenol, bottles, literally everything you could possibly think of lol plus more we’ve managed to get for her. Mostly facebook marketplace and such but i feel so accomplished. we did it. we are still waiting for her arrival and i don’t expect it to be easy and i’ll update when i do have her but for any young moms who DO want to get pregnant at my age as much as of a great experience i’ve had i DON’T suggest it. Behind all this great things that’s happened in the beginning i was also in and out the hospital from being so sick in the beginning, the changes it makes to your body such as stretch marks even down to the different changes in your boobs lol it can take a toll on you plus hormones don’t make it better. But if it does happen just know you can do it! I’m doing homeschooling so i can be the one to take responsibility for my daughter and be the one home with her all the time to be the one to take care of her. Honestly i may be young but this experience has made me the happiest i’ve been in such a long time she has changed my whole world in such good ways!
