Struggling with Falling Back to Sleep
So my son is sleeping fine. He might stir or quickly cry in the night but is sleeping 8-9 hours. I on the other hand cannot sleep after the first part of the night once I’m woken up. I only seem to sleep about 4 hours until 1:30 am and I am up. I limit screen time but I eventually give in after tossing and turning for hours and grab my phone. I drink chamomile tea every evening. I have one small cup of coffee every morning and don’t have any other caffeine.
I’m exhausted and now getting more anxious about sleep each night. Anyone else struggling to sleep?
